Experienced “Body Man” Technician

• Reports to: Body Shop Manager
• Supervises: No supervisory duties
• Classification: Full Time
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience and performance
• Primary Purpose of the Position: Meszaros Motor Sports is seeking the top quality Body Man. To repair state-of-the-art vehicles.  This exceptional opportunity is a perfect fit for a self-motivated, detail oriented, high energy individual.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position is primarily responsible for Body and Frame repairs.  Some specifics may include:
  • Fixed Right the First Time repairs
  • Maintaining positive relationship among team members
  • Quality repairs made to all vehicles
  • Achieving monthly and yearly goals
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a dealership or independent shop
• Required Abilities: Operate a manual transmission
  Must have own tools
  Able to read a schematic
  ASE Certifications a plus

Meszaros Motor Sports technicians are involved in all aspects of completing customer requests for the vehicles in the shop.  Such requests may include general maintenance, scheduled service, diagnostics, trouble shooting and repairs in a fast-paced environment.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position is primarily responsible for vehicle service and repairs.  Some specifics may include:
  • Verifying requested services / repairs
  • Accurately diagnosing issues
  • Generating additional up-sells
  • Fixed Right the First Time repairs

  • Achieving monthly and yearly goals
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a dealership or independent shop

• Required Education: High School / GED
  ASE Certifications a plus
